Limited Edition: GoodSwitch Ember for Hario Switch

Anniversary Edition

To mark one year of GoodSwitch, we produced a micro-run of four Ember levers.

Each piece is individually finished by hand to create a warm copper-to-bronze gradient. The finish is raw and alive. It will continue to develop character and patina with handling and use.

No two are identical. Subtle variation is intentional.

This is a one-time anniversary release.

Technical Note:

The final design reflects extensive testing and refinement for a better brewing experience, even at a higher production cost. Precision engineering ensures ±0.1mm tolerances. The lever’s curves and bevels, initially overlooked, proved critical in promoting smooth flow and preventing post-brew stagnation.

On variation

Made in small batches. Metal forming, machining, hand finishing and coating each leave their mark.

Expect variation between pieces, and variation across a single piece. Surface texture is not uniform. The brushed grain can run deeper in one area than another. Coating tone can shift along the length of a lever. Fine machining marks and coating texture are visible on close inspection.

None of this affects fit or function. It is normal and expected.
