Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order.
This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a slot in an upcoming production run. Each product is made to order and by extension preorder product is not yet in inventory. We collect payment at checkout, store your payment method, then provide an update when the order has shipped. Additional updates will be provided on a good faith basis. You cannot cancel a pre-order order due to the bespoke nature of this hardware.
