316L surgical grade stainless steel with a hand brushed finish. Machined to ±0.1mm tolerances on functional dimensions. Every lever is inspected by hand before it ships.
A direct upgrade for the flat hybrid brewer lever.
The fit is exact. Curves and bevels were refined through testing to promote smooth drawdown and minimize post-brew retention.

On variation
Made in small batches. Metal forming, machining, hand finishing and coating each leave their mark.
Expect variation between pieces, and variation across a single piece. Surface texture is not uniform. The brushed grain can run deeper in one area than another. Coating tone can shift along the length of a lever. Fine machining marks and coating texture are visible on close inspection.
None of this affects fit or function. It is normal and expected.

Perfect fit for the April Hybrid Brewer, and a great option to replace the original plastic lever. Psst ::mine also fits my Hario Switch with no leaks which is a very nice surprise, although I can't guarantee that will be the case for you:: Easy to attach. Elevates my coffee brewing to match the quality of the rest of the equipment I use and reduces risk of microplastics. It will last for a lifetime so I'm happy with my purchase.

Also, thank you for sharing the observation
about fitment. We tested across six Hario Switch
bases and the Hybrid does fit, though we noticed
slight contact with the silicone that may wear
over time. Worth keeping an eye on, but enjoy it
on both for now.
